  1. Inseparable. Just how I like my favorite two-bodied author.

  2. Dear Daniel and Ty – y’all are killing me here. I seriously have been jonesing for the audio release of Cibola Burn, and Dear God, my ears are bleeding from the switch of narrator from Jefferson Mays to Eric Davies. I’m trying awfully hard, but three hours in, and I can’t even finish the book.

  3. Hi, Daniel

I am the Chinese translator of your series The Expanse and also a big fan. It is a great series and I can’t wait to read Cibola Burn. The publishing house here and I are now trying to determine the final version of some terms. I have a question about the organization “Protogen”, does “gen” comes from the word “gene” or “intelligence”?

And the editor asks that if you can write a preface for the Chinese version of your first book, Levithan Wakes? The Chinese version will be published in October : ) and many people are waiting to read it in China.

And may I ask about your email address? I am translating Cliban’s War, and I think I may ask you about other terms. I won’t bother you too much, I promise

Looking forward to hearing from you.

  4. So… You guys should come to Toronto. Jussayin. Pretty sure I could fill a Comicon room with my Expanse converts…

Also, thank you, thank you, thank you for having a viewpoint character – Avasarala – who, like me, is a badass South Asian lady of colour. You don’t know what it means to read a sci fi series that isn’t all white dudes. Thank you for subverting the tropes, it’s just another reason why I love your books so much.
